Service DR—01 / Core specialty

Reset the first surface people see.

Driveways and their connected walks collect a distinct Tucson mix: dust, tire transfer, mesquite litter, monsoon silt, automotive residue, and irrigation minerals. A uniform result begins by treating the connected frontage as one field.

Included fieldwork

A deliberate pass from dry prep to final edge.

  1. 01

    Condition check

Cracks, spalling, repairs, coatings, staining, and prior wand marks are documented before cleaning.

  2. 02

    Dry preparation

Loose grit, leaves, and debris come off first so they do not become part of the wash water.

  3. 03

    Treatment + test

Routine soil and targeted stains are separated. Any cleaner or pressure-sensitive area starts with a small test.

  4. 04

    Even surface passes

Systematic overlapping passes reduce striping. Edges, corners, and transitions are detailed to the agreed boundary.

  5. 05

    Controlled finish

Rinse water is directed according to the site plan, then the completed area is reviewed for consistency.

02
Results, honestly

Cleaning improves appearance. It does not repair concrete.

Routine desert soil generally responds well. Deep oil, rust damage, paint, battery acid, etching, failed coatings, and color differences inside the slab may remain after the surface is clean.

Scope promise

The work is sold as an agreed cleaning process—not a guaranteed percentage of stain removal.

Start with the driveway as it actually is.

Square footage helps. Surface condition, connected areas, water access, and drainage complete the scope.
