Is Driveway Rescue only for driveways?+
No. Driveways and sidewalks are the specialty, with related service for plain-concrete patios, courtyards, entries, and cleared garage floors. Material and finish determine whether a surface fits the scope.
Do you clean roofs or full house exteriors?+
No. The core service stays on accessible ground-level residential flatwork. Roofs, upper stories, stucco, vehicles, repair, resurfacing, and sealing sit outside the current lane.
Can you clean pavers, cool deck, or coated concrete?+
Those surfaces require a separate assessment. A finish that looks like concrete may use a coating, sealer, pigment, or joint system that cannot be treated like a broom-finished driveway.
Results + stains
Will every stain come out?+
No responsible cleaning scope can promise that. Routine dirt commonly responds well. Oil, rust, paint, battery acid, minerals, and discoloration inside the concrete may only lighten or may represent permanent damage.
Can cleaning damage concrete?+
Yes, if the pressure, distance, tip, chemistry, or method is wrong for the surface. That is why material review, a test area, and the least aggressive effective method are part of the standard.
Why can concrete look uneven after it is clean?+
Removing surface soil may reveal old repairs, wear, curing variation, prior wand marks, etching, failed coatings, or stains absorbed below the surface. Cleaning cannot make unlike conditions identical.

Is there a minimum visit?+
The planning minimum is $189 for regular service. Connected areas are combined into one scope rather than receiving a new minimum each. Neighborhood route days can begin lower when at least three qualifying properties align.
Do you need access to my water?+
Yes. The standard plan requires permission to use a working exterior cold-water spigot with adequate pressure and flow, preferably within 50 feet of the work area. Water flow is checked before work.
How should I prepare?+
Move vehicles, furniture, rugs, planters, toys, cords, hoses, and fragile décor. Close nearby doors and windows, secure pets, unlock needed gates, and identify damaged concrete or drainage concerns.
How long does a typical driveway take?+
A routine two-car driveway commonly takes about 1½ to 3 hours on site, including setup and final rinse. Size, stains, access, weather, and drainage can extend that time.
When can I use the surface again?+
Foot traffic can resume once the surface is no longer slippery. Vehicles should remain off until the concrete is sufficiently dry. Shade, temperature, ventilation, and season affect drying time.
Water + policies
What does environmentally responsible mean here?+
It means specific planning: dry removal first, product selected by condition, surrounding plants considered, drainage reviewed, and contaminated residue separated from ordinary soil. It does not mean impact-free.
How do neighborhood route days work?+
Three or more qualifying homes on the same street select the same service date. Every property receives its own scope and price. Route-day pricing cannot be combined with another discount.
Is there a veteran discount?+
The standing planning policy is 10% off regular-priced service for veterans and active-duty military. It cannot be combined with route-day pricing or another promotion.
